What is the best way to convert Microsoft Outlook Contacts to html?

I need to create a page of contacts for our Company Intranet. Exporting the contacts and converting them to html via Excel is very messy. Does anyone know of a better way to do this?

  1. I'm not sure if using Notepad will work for contacts, but it might. (I use it for word documents and whenever I'm messing with html code.)
