How do I convert a picture in html format to a jpeg?

I received an email with a picture attached in html format and can't view it. Is there a way to convert it to jpeg or something similar?

  1. "html" is not a graphic format, it's a language used to write web pages. It sounds like you didn't detach the picture you were sent -- I'd suggest you go back to that email and try to detach it again.
