Is it possible to add a forum or email service to a basic html website?

If so please tell me how. (I am using Notepad)

  1. for the email service, check this out: http://allforms.mailjol.net/ you can include that in a basic html page. as for the forum, php is most commonly utilized. the common forums to use are phpBB and myBB. you can either host one your one, or sign up for a hosted forum. try freeforums.org.
