How do I create a simple/basic skin for html? (Similar to Yahoo!'s "Page Options" on the home page)

I'm creating a very basic Intranet site, and I would love to have the users able to choose their color scheme (rather than me creating just one that they have to use). I need the cookies to keep the skin in tact, so that it does not to revert back to the default on exit. I would assume this is something simple in Javascript (which is something I have a limited understanding of).

  1. Well...try to implement some template that got that kind of Options. Its easy with Joomla...but your site got be designed in Joomla...:) Or simply do your site in some color...and than redirect it when someone click on Options... Stupid? Well...i hope that this will inspire you...:)
