How do I get my Background to stay placed?

I want to make this web page for my friend and Im using a repeated picture for the background and Im wondering if there is an HTML code that I can use that allows me to make the background not move with the page when I scroll down...if that makes any sense. The set up of the page is kind of like a myspace profile. Ive done it before I just forgot the code. :]
