How do you use the free templates displayed on a site?

http://www.createafreewebsite.net/template_pck2/free-website-templates-3.html ^^^I found a few templates on the above site.....how do i use them? if i want my site to appear exactly as given in those templates then what do i do? i tried to copy paste the source but it doesnt work...:(...plz help!!! i dont own any domain. i want to use it on a different site which allows you to code a few things.....i want this for Neopets

  1. first download the template and name is index.html !! open ur web hosting account and go to File Manager and upload ur index.html file there !!
  2. Did u try downloading the zip file (link below the thumbnail) and change the content? That should work fine instead of copying the source.
  3. download it uncompress it edit the index.html(this file will be displayed when someone types your domain name) upload it to the root of your site do not forget to upload the other contents too(like the style sheet,etc)
