I want to learn C, C++, Visual Basic, Html, Etc.?

Okay, so...I want to learn C, C++, Visual Basic, Html, etc. But...I was wondering if it is hard to learn them and make programs with them?

  1. From experience, I think HTML is the easiest, followed by C, then C++. I have not had experience with VB. Making simple programs is pretty easy but if you want to make something that will actually accomplish something you'll need a lot of experience.
  2. HTML is definitely the easiest out of all of these languages. It's merely a markup language, ergo no control flow (programming) is involved whatsoever. It's also very high-level, meaning you don't need to know much or anything about the machine you're developing for, except perhaps the preferred browser. After HTML (and its complement, CSS) I assume that Visual Basic is easiest, because it is pretty high-level for a programming language, as most (or all?) compiled languages are. Then you'd have C or C++, and I'm certainly not qualified to compare the two. I would, however, strongly encourage learning HTML and CSS, and I would recommend you check out C# instead of VB for getting into desktop development. (Javascript is also the programming language of choice for client-side Web programming.) My expertise is Web development, but it's my impression that C# would be a more useful introductory language than VB. Also if you decide to focus on Web development, then definitely check out one of the popular server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, Perl, PHP or Ruby (Ruby on Rails is REALLY popular these days in the Web field). Bon apetit!
  3. u want to learn, if serious then u are heading towrds high payment jobs both inside and outside ur geogrophical boundries. forget about "C", get a crash course in "'C++" and then advance to "Visual Basic", after that or together with it u can get ur hands on "HTML" along with "JAVA". if everything goes fine u will be in a good position and earning sufficient money. Nothing is hard, hard work is required everywhere, so just go for it....
  4. It's not that hard to learn to do some simpler things, but it is difficult to master programming. These videos can get you started: http://xoax.net/comp/cpp/console/index.php
