Is there a website for making html codes for your own pictures to put on myspace?

I can't find any place to make html codes to put pictures on my profile in myspace... Any ideas or websites?

  3. there ia an app its called blingee or something like that you can decorate the pics and then get the code and use it on your page and even download to your pics on your puter its pretty cool
