What is the fastest way to convert PDF file into HTML?

I have some PDF files and I would like to copy them into HTML so that I can quickly upload to the web. I tried the export function in the PDF Professional software, but the final effect wasn't good. The pictures were not clear. I would like to know what is the fastest way that I can extract the pictures AND layout from PDF file and make them into HTML?
